About Jessica

Instructor

Jessica Peterson is comprehensively trained through The Lab’s 500-hour teacher training program under the guidance of Holly Swanson and Jacquelyn Brennen. She has been practicing Pilates since 2014, first discovering the method after graduating college and quickly connecting with its approachable, scalable nature especially as a movement practice that could support and accommodate her shoulder injury.

By day, Jessica works in advertising, but Pilates has become both a creative outlet and a meaningful way to build community through movement. Her teaching style emphasizes fluidity, intentional movement, and thoughtful layering, creating classes that feel both accessible and challenging for a wide range of clients. She especially loves helping clients build confidence and witnessing their progress as they deepen their practice over time.

  • When she’s not teaching or taking class, you can usually find Jessica walking The 606, cuddling her two cats, or searching for her next great sushi spot.
