About Kyla

Instructor

Kyla first discovered Pilates in 2016 after years of competitive figure skating and dance. She quickly fell in love with how pilates helped develop her strength, flexibility and mobility. Wanting to deepen her practice, Kyla went on to complete The Lab Pilates Training 500-hour Comprehensive Course. Kyla loves helping clients feel fulfilled with their movement and seeing them achieve their goals through pilates.
